Processing time:
Orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours (working days). From Friday to Sunday, they are processed from the following Monday.
Metropolitan France (including Monaco & Andorra):

- Delivery time: 48 to 72 hours (working days) after shipment
- Rates:
Delivery at the relay point: € 4.00
Home delivery against signature: € 6.00
Europe:
- Delivery time: 4 to 8 days (working) after shipment
- Rates: Between € 11.50 and € 16.50
Overseas & International:
- Delivery time: 5 to 20 days (working) after shipment
- Rates:
Overseas: Between € 26.00 and € 43.00
International: Between € 14.50 and € 45.00
With Chronopost - Express delivery
Processing time:
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (working days). From Friday to Sunday, they are processed from the following Monday.
Metropolitan France (including Monaco & Andorra):
- Delivery time: Delivery the next day before 13h after shipment
- Rates:
Chronopost - Express in relay D+1 before 13h: € 6.00
Chronopost - Express at home D+1 before 13h: € 8.00
Europe & International:
- Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days after shipment for Europe, 2 working days for Overseas, and 2 to 5 working days for the rest of the world.
- Rates:
Chronopost - At home in Europe: Between € 12.00 and € 15.00
Chronopost - At home to Overseas and the rest of the world: Between € 16.00 and € 31.00
Shipping & customs clearance responsibility:
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. From that moment, Karma Koma is no longer responsible for the shipment. If you encounter any issues regarding non-receipt of your package, please contact Colissimo or Chronopost customer service, depending on your selected shipping method. Please note that customs fees may apply for Colissimo and Chronopost shipments, both within Europe and internationally. These costs are borne by the recipient and are not our responsibility.
Receipt of package:
Please do not accept any damaged packages (envelopes or boxes showing visible signs of opening or deterioration). If a damaged package is left in your mailbox or received by your building manager without reservations, it will be considered as “Accepted as is”. In such cases, we will not be able to process claims or issue compensation for any missing or damaged items.
Delivery delays:
The time limits indicated above are indicative. For any claim related to a delay, please contact the customer service Colissimo or Chronopost, depending on the mode of delivery selected. In addition, any delays related to customs clearance procedures are not our responsibility.
