AN ITEM DOESN'T SUIT ME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?


We invite you to carefully review our policy in order to ensure a simple, fast and without bad surprise return.


➤  General conditions of return
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to submit a return request. Beyond this period, we reserve the right to accept or refuse your request.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with labels intact. Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Shoes and jewellery must be returned in their original box, considered as an integral part of the product, carefully placed in protective packaging.

Packaging is not refunded. To simplify the process, you can reuse the original shipping packaging, provided it is in good condition.

In case of defective part or incorrect reference, please contact our customer service at the following address: [email protected]. We will send you a prepaid return label and proceed with the exchange as soon as possible.

     Returns from Metropolitan France
• Returns are free for exchange or voucher requests. A prepaid return label will be sent to you by email once your request is validated.
• In case of refund request only, the return costs are your responsibility. You are free to choose the carrier of your choice. We recommend a shipment with a tracking number.

     Returns from the European Union & international
• The return costs are borne by the customer, regardless of the reason. A tracked shipment is also recommended.

➤  If you have a customer account
Log in to your personal space on our site, under "Return", select the order concerned, then choose the items to return. Then follow the steps to submit your application.

You will be able to choose from the following options:
Refund: made on the initial payment method within 30 days after receipt of the return package. Only the amount of the items will be refunded (initial shipping costs are excluded).
Exchange (same model, other size or color): your new item will be shipped within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of your return package. please specify the desired reference (model, size, color).
Voucher: valid for 1 year only on our website, an amount equivalent to the returned item. This voucher is neither refundable nor extendable. It does not entitle to free delivery.

Notes:
• For exchanges from the EU or International, a balance equivalent to the amount of shipping costs will be requested.
• The delivery address for the exchange will be identical to that of the initial order. If you wish to modify it, please inform us by email.
• Returns of items purchased online cannot be made in-store, and vice versa.
• If the desired exchange product is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative: refund or equivalent purchase voucher.

➤  If you have placed an order in "guest mode"
Please send an email to [email protected] indicating:
• The reference of your order
• The item(s) to be returned (model, color, size)
• Your preference: refund, exchange (please specify the desired size or color), or voucher

 ➤  Return form
A return form (on the back of the order summary) is included in your package. Please complete it and place it in the return package. This will allow faster processing by our logistics team.

If you no longer have it, contact us so that we can send it back to you.
