A PRODUCT DOES NOT SUIT ME, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

To proceed a return, you MUST log into your customer account to fill a return request. All you have to do is go to the "I would like to make a return" section. Without this duly filled request, we will not be able to accept your returned package. You then have the choice between:

  • - exchange: for a different size, another color or another model for the same amount, your exchange will be carried out directly by our customer service. We allow ourselves a maximum of 30 days for the return of your exchanged item.
  • - a voucher: is valid for 60 days for a future order. 
  • - refund: will be made via the payment method chosen for the order within a maximum period of 30 days after reception of the returned item. Only the item amount will be refunded, we do not refund the shipping cost.

Returns for exchanges and reduction coupons are free (in mainland France). A free transport voucher will be sent to you by email as soon as your request is validated. Returns for reimbursement are your responsibility.

Please wait for the email confirmation of your return request before returning your order.

You have 14 days from receipt of your package to send us your return. (Please note: if this deadline is not respected, we reserve the right to replace the item or not).

At KARMA KOMA we take the greatest care in the selection of our products. Each item is rigorously checked to ensure the best quality. If, however, an item is defective, the company undertakes to exchange the item concerned and to reimburse the shipping costs.

Please note, we do not reimburse packaging. We therefore advise you to reuse the original postal packaging.
