AN ITEM DOESN'T SUIT ME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To proceed with a return, you MUST log into your customer account to fill out a return request. Simply go to the "Returns" section. Without this duly completed request, we will not be able to accept your return package.

You can choose between:
- An exchange: for a different size, color, or model of the same value, your exchange will be processed directly by our customer service. We reserve a maximum delay of 30 days to send back your exchanged item.
- A voucher valid for one year on your next order. Please note that an expired or unused discount voucher cannot be refunded.
- A refund: This will be processed via the payment method used for the order within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the returned item. Only the price of the item will be refunded; shipping fees are not refunded.

Returns are free for exchange and voucher requests from Metropolitan France.

However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for any refund request.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to submit your return request. (Note: if this deadline is not respected, we reserve the right to decide whether or not to replace the item).

At Karma Koma, we take great care in selecting our products. Each item is rigorously inspected to ensure the best quality. However, if an item is defective, the company commits to exchanging the item in question and reimbursing the shipping costs.

Please note, we do not refund packaging. Therefore, we recommend reusing the original packaging for your return.
