A PRODUCT DOES NOT SUIT ME, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
A product does not suit me, what should I do? To return a product, you MUST log on to your customer account and request a return. Just go to the section headed “I want to return my items”. Then select the order containing the product you want to return. You must then select the type of return you want and why you want to return it. Please wait our email confirmation of you return request before returning your order.
Exchanges and purchase vouchers are free (in metropolitan France). A free transport warrant will be e-mailed to you when you have completed your request. You bear the cost of returning products if you request a refund. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to return the product. (Warning: if you fail to return it within this time limit, we reserve the right to not to replace the product).
We reserve the right to return your exchanged product within no more than 30 days.
Your refund will be made by the same means you used to order, within 30 days after we received your return item.
At KARMA KOMA we take the greatest care in selecting our products. Each item is rigorously inspected to guarantee you the best quality. However, should an item be defective, the company undertakes to exchange it and refund you for postage.
NB: we do not refund you for the packaging. So we advise you to re-use the original postal packaging.
