More than a brand, Karma Koma is an identity... Original collections conceived and designed by Laurence Appietto Raffaelli, Corsican by birth, Balinese by adoption. An invitation to travel, yes, but enhanced by sophisticated details. A designer concept unique in Corsica.
Creation
It was in 2003, during a trip to Bali, that Laurence Appietto Raffaelli created her first model, a revisited pair of Thai pants. She sold them in her small multi-brand boutique in Porto-Vecchio, and they were a huge success! The idea of creating Karma Koma was then obvious, with the desire to offer women simple yet feminine designs in fluid fabrics and solid colors.
Storytelling
Karma Koma's identity is a reflection of its creator, imbued with travel, encounters and femininity. At the heart of her inspirations are two island lands that are dear to her heart. Corsica: for its authentic spirit, reflected in its sober, uncluttered lines, and Bali for its warmth and rich, spicy colors.

Timeless designs
Each collection reflects the brand's hallmarks: long dresses, halter-top jumpsuits and deep necklines are the hallmarks, combined with fluid, voluptuous materials. Karma Koma models are timeless, sensual and comfortable. Over the years, the soul of Karma Koma has been shaped. The guiding principle is now more complex. The necklines are adorned with chains, leather and lace, to give the pieces that sought-after fashionable and original effect.

But what would a woman be without accessories? Laurence understands this, and to complement her collection she offers a range of leather goods: bags, clutches, belts, wallets and shoes, made from carefully selected leathers and designed in the purest Karma Koma spirit.
