1. How does the website work ?

01. Create my account with my e-mail address and a password.
02. Select the size and colour of my items then add it to my shopping bag.
03. Confirm my shopping bag.
04. Specify my delivery address.
05. Accept the terms of sale and confirm my contact details via Colissimo.
06. Pay for my order.

2. How can I pay for my order ?

I can pay with my credit card : 

  • Classic CB
  • Mastercard
  • Visa

The website www.karmakoma.fr doesn't allow to pay in installments.

3. Has my order been confirmed ?

If you don't receive our e-mails, check you spam folder. You can also check your account, section "order history" and verify if the status is "payment accepted".

4. Can I cancel or modify my order ?

A confirmed order cannot be cancelled.
You can return items for refund when you received your parcel, within 14 days.

5. Can I order by phone ?

If you need any advices (size, color or payment) you can call Margaux at 04.95.76.88.11. She is on hand to help you Monday through Friday, 9am to 12am and 2pm to 6pm, Paris time.

6. What terms and conditions of delivery ?

Our order are delivered by Colissimo.

7. How can I track my order ?

02. In section "order and history"
03. I choose the order reference
04. I can see the delivery status with my tracking order.
If your order status doesn't change within 3 days, please contact our customer service by email at contact@karmakoma.com or by phone at 04.95.76.88.11. Our team is hand to help you Monday through Friday, 9am to 12am and 2pm to 6pm, Paris time.

8. How do I exchange or return a product ?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your products to us for an exchange or a refund. Products should be returned in their original packaging, they must be in the original condition and with the delivery note included in your order.

Return procedure :

01. Log on to my customer account
02. In section "I want to return my items"
03. State whether I want a refund, an exchange or a credit
04. Add a comment if I want
05. Send my order by Colissimo after I have received our confirmation.

If you want a refund, you bear the cost of return postage. If you want an exchange, we will send you a free return voucher of charge by e-mail.

9. How long does it take to get a refund ?

For refunds, we undertake to refund you within no more than 30 days of receipt of your parcel in our warehouses. Refunds are made by crediting the payment card you used to pay for the order.

10. Can I exchange a product in a store ?

Items ordered online can only be exchanged via the website. No items bought in stores can be exchanged via www.karmakoma.fr, only in the store.

11. My item is defective, what should I do ?

In the particular case of a defective product, Karma Koma will systematically bear the cost of return and exchange. If the item you have ordered appears to be defective, go to "My account" then "Exchanges & Refunds" and fill in the return form. Then our team will be able to help you.
