Payment for your order is made online by credit card (either via Paypal or via the secure payment server Mercanet :

A confirmation email is sent to you automatically once your order is validated. However, we invite you to check your junk mail if you have not received an e-mail from us within minutes of its confirmation on our site.

You can also access your customer account, section "My orders" to check if the status "Payment accepted" appears.

A validated order cannot be modified or canceled.span>

However, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.span>

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your products to us for an exchange or a refund. The items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by the delivery slip attached to your order.

Return process:

03. I fill in my wish: exchange, refund or reduction voucher

04. I wait for the confirmation email and I return my order

For a refund, the return costs are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange, we will send you a free of charge shipment return slip by email.

In the event of a refund, we undertake to reimburse you within a maximum period of 30 days from the day of receipt of your package in our warehouses. Refunds are made by crediting the bank card used to pay for the order.

Items ordered online can only be exchanged via the website.

The same applies to purchases made in our stores, which can only be exchanged at the original point of sale.

In the particular case of a defective item, the return costs will be systematically borne by Karma Koma.
